Cynthia Lott-Dixon is the founder of Cynthia & R.E.N.E.W. & Company, LLC and R.E.N.E.W. Group Home,
located in Plant City, Florida. R.E.N.E.W. stands for Represents Excellence Now & Established Wisdom.
Cynthia started with a vision to care for those that had trouble caring for themselves. She committed herself to assisting the needs of mentally challenged individuals by providing a group home for those who qualified. Cynthia and Andrew work side by side daily to ensure this vision lives on.

Cynthia is a proud minister and wife of Andrew Dixon, mother of two beautiful children and six grandchildren.
In her free time, she enjoys spending it with her family.

Prior to establishing her company in 2006, Cynthia opened
a cleaning service, restaurant, pre-paid legal service, and
is currently a CPR instructor.
